Terms of use (beta).

These terms govern your use of the CONVICTION website, browser extension and related services (the “Service”), operated by mAIb Tech (“we”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Beta service

CONVICTION is in public beta. Features, limits and methodology may change. Material methodology changes are versioned and published on the methodology page.

2. Informational only, not advice

The Service provides informational evidence assessments. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. A Conviction score is an assessment of available evidence, not a prediction of future prices. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Read the risk disclosure.

3. Data accuracy

Results rely on third-party data that can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and on automated token identification that can be mistaken. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the API as a proxy to bulk-extract upstream market data, or circumvent rate limits or quotas.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it to defeat security controls.
• Do not use CONVICTION outputs to manipulate markets or engagement, or misrepresent cards as anything other than CONVICTION evidence assessments.
• Use X in accordance with X's own terms. CONVICTION does not bypass X access controls and must not be used to.

5. Accounts and plans

You are responsible for your account credentials. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal and keep paid features until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Share cards

Conviction Cards are generated from real stored analyses. You decide whether to share them; CONVICTION never posts on your behalf.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mAIb Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for trading or investment losses, arising from use of the Service.
