Quietly watching $XYZ.
How it works
From a post on X to the capital evidence behind it.
You keep using X exactly as before. CONVICTION adds one quiet line of evidence under crypto posts.
01
Detect
The extension watches the posts X has already rendered in your browser. It analyses a post only when it contains a token reference:
- a contract or mint address (Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Solana),
- a supported token link (DEX Screener, pump.fun, Birdeye, block explorers, GeckoTerminal and more),
- a cashtag such as
$SOL. Equity tickers like$AAPLare ignored.
Posts without a token reference are left completely untouched. Detection and claim reading happen inside your browser; post text is not sent.
02
Identify the token
Addresses and links identify a token exactly. Well-known cashtags map to verified canonical contracts. For other cashtags, CONVICTION looks for credible on-chain markets. If more than one credible token shares the symbol, you see Token identity uncertain and can choose the right one. CONVICTION never scores a guess.
03
Check the capital
For the identified token, CONVICTION fetches public DEX market evidence: liquidity and how it has changed, volume against its recent average, buy and sell trade counts, price movement, pair age and any paid promotion. It cross-checks price with a second source. See data sources.
04
Compare and explain
The post's attention and direction are compared with the capital evidence using the published methodology. The result is a score, a state, two to four evidence-bound reasons, a confidence level and the age of the data.

States
Six honest answers.
Capital confirms
The direction of the post and measurable market activity materially agree.
“Observable market activity currently supports the direction of the post.”
Hype > Capital
The post has real attention, while observable capital is weak, fading or pointing the other way.
“The post is drawing attention, but observable capital activity does not support it.”
Capital moved first
Capital activity is clearly stronger than the attention this post is getting.
“Capital activity is stronger than the attention this post is getting.”
Capital diverges
A quieter post whose direction the market is moving against.
“Observable capital activity points against the direction of the post.”
Mixed evidence
Strong pieces of evidence contradict each other. No clean read.
“Capital evidence neither clearly supports nor rejects the post.”
Insufficient evidence
Unknown or ambiguous token, thin or stale data, or a provider outage. We say so instead of guessing.
“There is not enough reliable evidence to compare this post with capital activity.”
- Liquidity +25.9% vs 2.0h ago

Beyond the feed
Watchlist, dashboard and share cards.
Watchlist
Track tokens from any card. The dashboard shows each token's latest conviction, capital trend, price, liquidity, volume and last update.
Capital Movers
Tokens CONVICTION is tracking that show unusually strong capital activity. It isn't called “silent accumulation”, because we can't observe all of X.
