Get it in five seconds

X says something. CONVICTION checks the money.

  1. 1

    X says something

A post claims a token is breaking out, or dying. It has likes, reposts, views: attention.

  2. 2

    CONVICTION checks the capital

Liquidity, volume, buy and sell trade counts and price for that exact token, from public market data, with sources and timestamps.

  3. 3

    You see whether they agree

A compact score under the post: Capital confirms, Hype > Capital, Capital moved first, or an honest “Insufficient evidence”.

Every score has a reason

Never a naked number.

Each result carries its state, the reasons behind it, the evidence, a confidence level and how fresh the data is. Click any score on X to open the full evidence.

Capital vs narrative

The relationship is the signal.

CONVICTION isn't a sentiment dashboard or a token scanner. It measures one relationship: what a post says against what observable capital is doing. And when the evidence isn't good enough, it says so.

Capital confirms

The direction of the post and measurable market activity materially agree.

“Observable market activity currently supports the direction of the post.”

Hype > Capital

The post has real attention, while observable capital is weak, fading or pointing the other way.

“The post is drawing attention, but observable capital activity does not support it.”

Capital moved first

Capital activity is clearly stronger than the attention this post is getting.

“Capital activity is stronger than the attention this post is getting.”

Capital diverges

A quieter post whose direction the market is moving against.

“Observable capital activity points against the direction of the post.”

Mixed evidence

Strong pieces of evidence contradict each other. No clean read.

“Capital evidence neither clearly supports nor rejects the post.”

Insufficient evidence

Unknown or ambiguous token, thin or stale data, or a provider outage. We say so instead of guessing.

“There is not enough reliable evidence to compare this post with capital activity.”

Live capital evidence

Real data, right now.

Capital evidence for a few established assets, straight from public DEX market data. No post is attached here, so these tiles show the capital side only. Trade figures are counts, not dollar flows.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does CONVICTION actually do?
When a post on X mentions a crypto token, CONVICTION compares what the post claims with observable market evidence for that token (DEX liquidity, volume, trade counts, price) and shows whether the money agrees: for example Capital confirms, Hype > Capital or Capital moved first. Every result carries its reasons, evidence, confidence and freshness.
Is this investment advice? Will it tell me what to buy?
No. CONVICTION is informational intelligence. It never tells you to buy or sell and a score is not a price prediction. It answers one question: does observable capital evidence support what this post claims? Read the risk disclosure.
Do I need to connect my X account or a wallet?
No. The extension works on posts already displayed in your browser while you use x.com normally. It never asks for your X password, cookies, a wallet connection, seed phrase or private keys.
What leaves my browser?
Only what is needed to analyse a crypto post: its post ID, author handle, timestamp, visible engagement counts, and token references and claim direction that are derived locally. Post text is not sent. The full list is on the privacy page.
Why do I sometimes see “Insufficient evidence” or “Token identity uncertain”?
Because CONVICTION refuses to invent certainty. If a cashtag matches more than one credible token, if a market is too thin or the data is stale, or if a provider is down, we tell you instead of guessing. For ambiguous cashtags you can pick the right token in the card.
